My wife was wanting to try it out. The Chef is Bobby Flay, from Iron Chef on the food channel.

Any information would be great.

Thanks,

Its ok. I always think of Southwest food though as having big portions, this place is typical upscale in the very small portions forcing you to get a number of courses. Its somewhat expensive for what you get, but no worse than lots of these sort of restaurants in Vegas these days. Just don't expect a New Mexican style meal and you probably will find it enjoyable.

Bobby Flay may own it and provide a menu but doubt he's in the back doing any cooking there

If it is anything like the Mesa Grill in NY (owned by Bobby Flay) then expect very solid food. It is an upscale restaurant with Southwestern inspired cuisine.

If you are into fine dining then I'm sure it will fit the bill.

I think it is a typical fine dining experience. Are very many worth the hype?

I don't think so but I thought the food was solid.
