I've been getting the runaround for damn near a month for a very small amount of commission. First they said it wasn't linked to me... After 5 emails (no response), 5 live chats ("affiliate manager is out of the office", and 3 waits on hold for over an hour before giving up I *FINALLY* was able to talk to someone. He told me the money was credited to my account. Despite all the runaround I thanked him and got off the phone. I then went and checked my account and it was not there. I *again* got the complete runaround when trying to get a hold of anyone that knew anything about the affiliate department. Days later when I finally did, he brought me to some third-party website and gave me a username / password that I had never seen nor used before to login. Only then did I see the balance that was owed to me.

Fine, fine... It was finally taken care of. I selected to withdrawal to Neteller, which it said it would take up to 15 minutes to show up in my account after approval. A few hours later I check on it through the 3rd party site and it is still "pending". I then check later and it tells me that the "servers are overloaded and to please check back between 3am EST and 12pm EST). This was not a message generated due to the servers being overloaded, it was not even attempting to query it. At 3am I checked again and it still said "pending".

I then contacted someone from customer support at 9am this morning and told them that it should not be taking 10+ hours for it to go to my Neteller account -- that many sportsbooks can do it within minutes. I was told that it sometimes takes between 12-24 hours. Fine, fine... Now, its been 24 hours.

I contacted customer support on Party Poker and asked them to find out where the money is at. The response I get? The network/servers that handle the account reports is experiencing difficulties and to please check back in 1 hour. Incredible.

I will be checking back with them in 45 minutes (when it will have been an hour and a half), and I fully expect to receive the line "no one from the affiliate department is in the office right now". Has anyone else experienced this much difficulty when dealing with Party Poker?

Their customer service is always poor. They take a week to respond to email and usually they just quote word for word part of the FAQ. They don't give you service until you tell them you are getting rid of their software or take your whole balance out, then you get an almost instant email asking what is wrong with them. I think the fact is they never expected to get this big and are basically greedy figuring why spend on things like this when we are raking in millions of dollars with the status quo. This same thing happened with Paradise Poker, they absolutely owned the market for awhile but they don't give a damn about customers and that opened the door for Party to come in and steal their show. Someone else probably will do the same to Party at some point.

That's what it seems like... Hell, I would think they would be like most books and bend over backwards for affiliates -- seeing I am doing nothing but generate more business for them. But like you said, they've got plenty of business as it is and likely don't want to invest anymore into it until the absolutely have to.

I've managed to speak with someone from the affiliate department on 3 different occassions -- and all 3 times it was the same person. Never a good sign.

4:30... 26 hours since original withdrawal request.

I got through on Live Chat, asked to speak with a supervisor and all of a sudden "Agent has been disconnected. Please Wait". I'm currently waiting and have been for 20 minutes.

I'm also back on the phone, which if the last 3 times have been any indication, is a lost cause. I've been on hold for 20 minutes now, and I seriously doubt I'll ever speak to anyone.

Another agent just disconnected with me when I asked to speak with a supervisor. They are now telling me they are having technical difficulties and expect to have it fixed within 1 hour. The said this an hour and half ago, and assured me that when I contacted them again in an hour I could speak to a supervisor.

BTW, I am still holding on the phone.

No problems with Party Poker.

Did you check your affiliate payment status online (the 3rd party website) ???

Payment should have been transfered from party to you via neteller within 48 hrs. Do they have your correct Neteller info???

Yes, I'm still refreshing their site every 20 minutes or so -- it never changes... Always "In Process". I emailed them about it and they said within 12-24 hours. The only time it changes is supposedly every night they get heavy server load and its unavailable for about an 8 hour window.

They definitely have my correct Neteller info.

It should take less than half an hour total. The funds are already verified, or else they wouldn't be in the 3rd party account. So all they have to verify is the email address, and that takes minutes. This would be unacceptable even if it weren't for the fact that you cannot speak to one single live person that knows a thing. Even the guy I did talk to from the affiliate department seemed stumped for 20 minutes as to why the money wasn't showing up in my account.

Still on hold BTW. And now Live Chat operators aren't even responding.

good luck!

withdrawals customer service is the worst.

Sign up for a TruePoker.com affiliate account. They will give you a better commission structure instead of just a flat % of initial deposit. Plus you can get on a 1st name basis with an affiliate rep and never have this kind of problem.

Is Party Poker in Pakastan or something? All the reps I spoke to sound like they work at 7/11

Nearly 28 hours since initial withdrawal. No Live Chats are answering, and after waiting on hold for an hour on the phone, they disconnect me.

And now, just like last night at 7PM EST, the cashier.partypoker.com displays this message when trying to track the status of your payout:

"Sorry, server too loaded, please try again between 3am and 7pm EST."

Incredible.

Finally got somewhere with customer service Live Chat an hour later:

Guest#: Hello?
Gia: Hi
Gia: How may I help you today?
Guest#: Yes, I need to speak to a supervisor in the cashier department.
Gia: Could you please hold while I transfer the chat to the concerned department.
Guest#: Yes, but if I get disconnected I will become very upset -- I have been given the runaround all day long.

Srinivas_M: Thank you for contacting Transaction Customer Service at Pay Pro.
Guest#: Hello?
Guest#: Hello?
Srinivas_M: I am sorry.
Srinivas_M: How can I help you today?
Guest#: I believe I talked to you once before -- I've been given the runaround about an affiliate/commission for a month now
GUest#: I've finally had it credited into my account, and now after a Neteller withdrawal that should have taken a few hours, its been over 28 hours.
Srinivas_M: Can I take your account name please
Guest#: My affiliate ID is: XXXXXXX
Guest#: My name is XXXX XXXXXX
Guest#: and my username on the iglobalmedia site is XXXXXX
Srinivas_M: Please hold while I transfer this chat to the Customer Service Team. One of our agents will assist you shortly...
Guest#: *sigh* ok

Live Floorperson: Thank you for holding. Abhinav has joined this chat session.
Guest#: Hello?
Guest#: Hello?
Guest#: Hello?
Abhinav: Hi
Abhinav: I really apologize for the inconvienence you have been through
Guest#: Yes, I've been told that 20 times already. I just want this transaction to go through.
Guest#: This has been ongoing for a month now and it is ridiculous.
Abhinav: Is XXXXX your log in name with PartyPoker.com?
Guest#: No, I do not have a betting party poker account
Abhinav: okay
Guest#: I have an affiliate account, it's ID is: XXXXXXX
Abhinav: Could you please give us a call at our Customer care toll free number 1-888-206-4659 after 3 hours from now...
Abhinav: Actually the problem is that we do not have anybody from the affiliates department in the office at the moment
Abhinav: its like 6:30am here in India and they would be in around 10
Guest#: I've been contacting you about this for the last 2 days
Guest#: This is unacceptable
Guest#: This transfer needs to be completed TONIGHT
Guest#: and I was told it would be completed LAST NIGHT
Abhinav: I am really sorry for the trouble, but if you could give us a call we would be able to transfer you directly to the affiliates department who would be able to check this out for you...
Guest#: I've tried calling before
Guest#: 4 times actually
Guest#: been on hold for an hour
Guest#: and then disconnected
Abhinav: I really apologize for the trouble sir....
Abhinvav: did you talk to someone from the affiliates department when you called up before?
GuesT#: No, I have never talked to ANYONE when I've called
Guest#: I've held for over an hour each time, and then been disconnected
Guest#: The one time I have talked to someone, they called me after a Live Chat
Guest#: And he barely knew what he was doing
GuesT#: Give me a direct # to someone that I can call in 3 hours
Guest#: I do not want to hold for another hour and waste even more of my time
GuesT#: Hello? I need a direct telephone number that won't require me to sit on hold for an hour before being disconnected.

He then gave me the same number as before. I'm calling in 3 hours, but I've got a pretty good hunch that if I do somehow get through and speak to anyone, they won't be of much help.

Well first keep in kind that only about 15% of customers actually ever take a payout. Most leave the money in there unless the rake kills them off slowly. Now the other 15% usually wait between 1-3 weeks for payment. I am not sure what the deal is with your payment. I recieved a payment of $9000 from them last year but it took 3 weeks to get the money!

pokerstars.com pays MUCH faster

Nearing 36 hours... Still no one that has been able to tell me where my money is, much less when it is going to get into my Neteller account. Everyone transfers me everywhere else, then eventually tries to transfer me to the affiliate department -- who never picks up the phone.

I've talked to the Cashier department millions of times -- but since I am an affiliate, they say the affiliate department handles those cash-outs. Trouble is, the affiliate department has never been there.

I have done somewhere between 10 and 20 withdrawals at Party in the last year and NONE took more than 4 days vua Neteller.

Pokerstars does not pay "much" faster....in fact last time I cashed out there it took longer since they really adhered to their cashout policy which is 72 hours from request.

Playersonly..what cashout method took 3 weeks and why did it take so long?

BTW, where do you get your 15% numbers?

I'm convinced the problem is with the affilliate department. I've talked to someone who could have handled support on a Party Poker player withdrawal many times, but never one that could handle an affiliate trying to make a withdrawal. For some reason they discern between the two (despite it being the same payment processor).

The affiliate people are never in the office, and last thing I heard that since they were based out of India, I should try calling them at around 9:00pm. Tried that, they weren't in, told to call back in 1 hour. Tried that, they weren't in, told to check back in 2-3 hours!

Sound,

PP's affiliate dept is a big joke when it comes to customer service. I have actually had to ask for my $ every month and it's always a pain in the ass. Yet, when it gets credited I never have to wait more than an hour or two to have it sent to Neteller. I have found it easier to just get the 'Tell A FRIEND' bonus then have to deal with IGlobal and all that crap.

I had requested 10 hats and shirts two months ago and was told NP be there in a week. After 3 more requests I finally got one crooked PP hat that is garbage.
