Ball got spotted like 2 yards ahead of where the QB slid down and got touched. Anyone else spot that? I figured it would be 4th and 1 but they gave him the FD by a down. Haven't shown a replay yet...

How could Howard not challenge that? Also, how could the ref give him the spot at the end of his 3 yard slide even though he got touched 2 yards back? Crap situation for FAU bettors.
