I've bought from Silvertowne and JM Bullion but haven't bought any since March.

I have only buy silver bars and nothing else with personal checks. Never any problems.

Don't think you can go wrong with Apmex. I've ordered from Silvergoldbull in the past and you might be able find better prices there.

I have no idea if its a good investment or not. I thought the price of silver was low so I bought some .999 1oz, 10oz, and a 100oz bar when silver was below $16 and ounce. I own 400 oz and keep it in my safe. Probably not going to get rich off of it but its easy to cash them in if I ever need the money.
