If so, which are the best seats?

is the club level worth the $92.50 price tag?

Thanks

No baseball game is worth that. Club seats in every town are overpriced and only for people that are going for the social and comfort, not for baseball or whatever sport they are watching.

I have been a number of times including the worst seats in the house for the World Series. The only seats that aren't good are high up on the top level. Some seats I really liked were right behind home a few rows up the third level. Excellent seats and only around $20 if you can get them.

For value, I prefer the infinity level ($42/$32). The seats are slightly larger and they take food and drink orders from your seat.

As for the $92 seats, I think the fieldbox seats are actually much nicer and only $57 each. The problem is that they are mostly season ticket holders. If you come to the game just when the gates open, they usually have some season tickets that the people didn't use and have available for sale.

Otherwise, check the Ticket Marketplace at azdiamondbacks.com for an auction (or straight sell) style order form.

I paid $115 for two clubhouse seats last year and they were the best I've ever come close to. Worth the price for sure.

I'm planning a trip to the BOB later in the year. Probably will be flying down to Vegas and getting a hotel. Can anyone give me some insight as to where I should stay near the ballpark? Wondering about cab prices as well.

PHX is a lousy place to stay without a car, it is like LA where everything is spread out. I suppose you could stay downtown for the night and just deal with the ~$15 cab ride from the airport, but downtown isn't that lively a place especially when it gets hot. Best to score a rental car which will be dirt cheap during summer months, spend some time and the night up in Scottsdale and then drive down for the game.

i'm in scottsdale, i have never been to a game. i have been to a few Suns games, and we stay at the hyatt. i am pretty sure it is within walking distance to the ballpark, at least the Suns arena was.

wildbill is right, phoenix offers nothing. there is a pretty cool bar called cooperstown. it is owned by alice cooper. it was dead when we visited, but it was not during a MLB game either. there are a strip of bars around the hyatt, if you are into that.

the price for the hyatt can be any where from $129-$300 a night. i feel safe, and if you get lucky you can park for free after 6pm on a side steet made for easy walking. if not, valet is $18 or self park is $12

i feel safe staying here, not sure about other areas, but i just moved here, and some parts of phoenix can be bad, from what i heard

good luck

Downtown near the Hyatt is so so, a bit on the quiet side when outside of business hours. There is a Hard Rock Cafe across the street from the stadiums, a couple of sports bars between the stadiums and Arizona Center, where they have a Hooters is about 3 blocks away to the north. That literally is about it, most tourists stay at one of the big resorts or come with their sticks in a bag looking to play a couple of rounds. All the shopping and bar action is up in Scottsdale or Tempe (during school year).

Yeah, the clubhouse are $92. Sorry, I meant to say I paid $115 for two fieldhouse seats. They are better IMO (and cheaper).
