sounds like Glasgow is worth checking out....
Bigbet1234...the train ride is nice...different then riding a train in North America...have taken trains on every trip I have taken in Europe and they know how to treat you..the ride from Edinburgh is fun but does get old after awhile...one option is flying...Ryanair and easyjet are cheap...but I perfer the train as it is more relaxing then going through the airport hassles and puts us fairly close to our Hotel...have fun on your trip.....ps i have not been to the casinos in Edinburgh but there must be a few Willhills or Labrokes corner shops around....
