Anybody recognize this (tout?) phone #?

The area code is British Columbia. Last 7-10 days, I've probably got 15+ calls on my cell phone. They never leave a message. Considering I don't live in Canada, and considering I don't know anybody in Canada, I'm gonna guess it is a tout/picks service, sportsbook, etc.

I've been in sales, I've been in a Boiler Room. I know the deal. Never leave a message, keep calling until you get an answer. Right, because I'm gonna trust somebody who calls me 37 times without leaving a message?

Who knows, maybe I'll answer next time. Then I can post my conversation just like winkyduck!

I find it hard to belive that anybody named Anne Baines is calling me a couple times per day during the hours of 9am-7pm.
