Anybody placing Pinnacle horses right now?

I just wagered on a race at monticello the money is no longer in my account, there are no wagers listed as posted or pending and it looks to have vanished. Getting help from CS at pinnacle is damn slow, anybody else having problems with them??

They may be having software problems as they just graded two of my winning tickets as loses. I sent them an email as well. Tough enough to win at this game without having winning plays graded as loses.

Exactly, but my bets are not even listed in my account, the money is gone but no bets listed, pending, posted or otherwise. CS sucks as well. Hopefully they sort us out soon enough. Thanks for the reply

Click on REVIEW ACCOUNT and then click on GRADED WAGER LAST 24 HOURS, thats where I found mine, two $200 WP Tickets that won and were graded as loses. Still waiting on an email response.

Thanks for the welcome, unfortunately my early post has to be a gripe with pinnacle, hopefully they will sort it out soon.

If they sort out your tickets let me know, i'm up to 10 emails now. With no satisfaction, if only they had a phone #

clicked on it immediately after the race, its blank, no pending, graded or wagers in my list.

but my account is still -$200

Finally received an email but it was not worth the wait.

Try logging off and logging back in, then check graded wagers. I received a response to mine and they are in the process of regrading the tickets.

We are all settled, there was no record of my bet but at least they found my $200 alls well that ends well. That was actually my first bet with them, not a good start but shit happens, hopefully smooth sailing from here, like their tracks, pretty good selection.
