Anybody know when the World Series starts?

Phily could have a week off in between, similiar to Colorado & Det in 06. Uncle Mo shifts.

On another note, is it really necessary for the NBA to play 3-4 weeks of pre-season games?? Kinda silly to me, but what do I know?

The Series is scheduled to start on Wednesday, October 22, 2008; if necessary, game seven will take place on Thursday, October 30.
