If I were you I'd buy a cheap one on Amazon and learn it and if you still like it buy the Phantom DJI.

I flew one a few weeks ago, not mine, and the controls are difficult and can be disoriented. If you press forward it might be forward to you but not for the drone. I might give them another try. Maybe a racing drone but the regular drones with cameras seemed boring to me.
