Man had a bad attack today. Was brushing my teeth and raised my head. Everything started spinning and I felt like I was on a boat in rough seas. It only lasted about 2 mins. I read ear infection issues causes it which I have had in the past
I had vertigo on and off for about a ten month period. I went to an ENT department and they ran a bunch of tests. I have slight hearing loss in one of my ears so they chalked it up to my equilibrium being off. However I didn't feel that was the issue. I was extremely frustrated, as the episodes continued. I went online and found an article stating that drinking large quantities of water as a daily habit helps. I tried it and it worked. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I haven't had an episode until I slowly tapered of the water about a month ago. I had an episode while driving and realized I hadn't had water since I had woken up, a seven hour period. Try the water it could be just a reaction to dehydration.
