I've never heard of the Dixie Chicks song, but the James Blunt single was on most every format.

For Rock, can't see how the Chili Peppers don't get it based on the Jethro Tull Lifetime Achievement Award over Metallica a few years ago. Doesn't hurt the RHCP that Snow is played all over the radio right now.

Can Ludicris' "Release Therapy" steal the Grammy for "Best Rap Album"?

BODOG has him at 17 to 10...

T.I.'s "King" is favored.

Not to many country stars clapping for the Dixie Chicks when they won song of the year "Not ready to make nice" some radio stations refused to play it.

Good for them!

Thanks.

I actually took an interest after seeing Ludicris act in the movie "Crash". I really am an old rock and roll fan but figured this was a live dog situation.

shit i never placed money on the grammy's. just so you guys understand that all the labels and publishing companies all pool their votes within the company so it makes it hard to handicap because the awards are all going to whoever has the biggest companies behind them. (and with mergers and downsizing all the time its hard to know who has the most votes) thats why bands like the Raconteuers will have a hard time winning. nobody is backing them up. voting was done a while ago too.

im not playing any of these but some have value

i like Justin Timberlake for best pop and maybe album of year

youre beautiful for song of year

crazy for record of year

corrine for new artist and tom petty for best album are decent long shots. the voters are pretty old.

you suck buddy

Unlucky there TV. There weren't really any dogs apart from John Mayer's pop categories and the Dixie Chicks (a bit harsh on Natalie that! :lolBIG: ).
