Are you looking for live scoring?
I don't think it exists. The best I've found for up-to-date scores is Slam.

Definitely sucks... slam updated CFL games about every 20-30 min. That's it!

 

http://www.tsn.ca sometimes o.k. with scoring updates,sometimes very slow

I also find many of the games are broadcast (audio) over the internet.

Just a matter of doing some searches.
