if he is already a cop he should be fine, no one would really find anything unless they are doing a background check and you are very open about it, so if he is already hired I doubt they are doing constant monitoring of his financial transactions. Plus...actually a good legal question here...I know credit card companies give out transaction information if you were being investigated for a crime and were served with a subpoena or warrant, but what about a background check? You do sign papers authorizing the company or agency to look into your financial background but does that constitute digging into each transaction on your statements? Also books cover their ass even more by changing the names of companies that are billed to your card...Zeppo-2306 can you ask your Captain or Sargent or buddy at the State's Attorney's office and get back to me?
