Will probably be going to the game on Sat and not sure how good a team UNR is. Give it to me!

I like Reno in this one. UNLV is off consecutive OT wins (one an upset, the other maybe a small upset) that I think may have led people to believe they're a little better than they really are and skewed the betting line. Couple that with a huge coaching edge for the Wolf Pack and I like Nevada a lot.

I'd love to see the line creep up to where I could get Reno at +6, but I don't think that's likely to happen. It's at +3.5 right now, and I'll take it if it doesn't start to climb in the next day or so.

This one will be interesting because UNLV is playing good and UNR got their butts kicked by missouri.

UNLV is either underated or they're playing over their heads. Unlv qb clayton has been real good not throwing any interception and they have a wr payne that is making some money catches.

UNR has lipponcut (spelling his name wrong) who has been awesome last year, but they lost their starting RB to injury. UNR took the last 2 or 3 from UNLV, and public is backing UNLV in this one, due to their upset win over ASU and beating Iowa St.

If UNR can keep it close in the first half, then they should be able to take it, because UNLV tends to have a let down in the second half, which was evident in 2 of 3 games they played.

The line opened at 3 and is now at 4. I'm going to wait till game day and make a play on UNR, due to UNR having the better coach and they having a chance to rest and this is UNLV fourth game. This year UNLV is 1-1 as the home fav. gl with your pick, if you need any other info let me know.

I don't think UNLV has won this game since 2004. I went to the game on Saturday and they looked really good. They were up 21-0. ISU pulled their starting QB and put in this guy Austin Arnaud and he didn't look good doing it but he smoked the Rebels secondary. 2 days ago I loved the rebs but Kapernick may be able to move the ball through the air pretty well. I am not so sure about UNLV now, they may get the win but it should be close. I don't know if UNR can stop Frank the Tank.

hanabada - Rebels might be playing a little over thier heads...hard to judge since they have had consecutive losing seasons. I think they are definately a better offensive team than years past.

echamp- I do believe UNR should be able to move the ball thru the air against UNLV, the secondary has problems! As you know Iowa St. moved the ball down the field 98 yards in 1:31 seconds to tie the game with 3 seconds left in the game. Rush defense still pretty solid. As in both games i saw this year against Utah and Iowa St. any good passing team will move the ball on UNLV! Just don't know anything about UNR!

This is hilarious, UNLV has won 3 games with a big one over ASU and barely getting by Iowa St. and now the local papers and a radio sports talk show are talking about UNLV going to a bowl game, and coach Sanford saving his job.

What's worse is one of the local news station, got a fortune teller to predict who will win. Guess who she picked, a no brainer, UNLV.

UNLV is playing good ball, but if they let this get to their head and don't take it one game at a time, they might end up going down the tank. This game will help predict their future, because the last time they started the season off good, they ended up losing to UNR and bottomed out after that.

I know.... i have been hearing that to! Didn't hear about the fortune teller though! I'm hoping that UNLV's offense can get out front like they did against Iowa St. and play 4 solid qaurters of football. Lets just hope UNR doesn't decide to throw all night!

Lippincott is out for the year with a torn ACL...I follow both of these teams pretty closely and feel the line is about right in this one...

RB's #1 and #2 out for the Pack. QB has been accountable for high % of yards UNLV may be able to focus their D a little better this week. 98 yds. in 1:31, my ass is still sore!!

The Rebels have turned the ball over once this year, a fumble against ISU. Clayton has 9 TD's and no picks, even though a Cyclone dropped an easy one last Saturday night, and the Rebels are perfect scoring when in the red zone. Those are all good stats to keep in mind capping this game. I am leaning UNLV but still not sure, I may just watch this game.
