St. John's is favored over Seton Hall? Is the Hall that bad? SJU is 10-5 when at home.

Iowa is 11-3 at home (Straight Up). Michigan is 2-6 on the road. Yet, UM is favored? Insight anyone (I don't follow college hoops closely at all).

Iowa is tough at home but the Wolvies have woken up and they have played TOP TIER teams pretty well even if they lost.

This is Iowa's home games so far:

11/14 HOME CHARLESTON SOU 68- 48 W
11/17 HOME TEX SAN ANTONI 73- 67 W
11/23 HOME OAKLAND MICH 66- 57 W
11/25 HOME SE MISSOURI ST 75- 41 W
12/05 HOME BRYANT 61- 36 W
12/09 HOME N IOWA 65- 46 W
12/12 HOME IOWA ST 73- 57 W
12/27 HOME W ILLINOIS 58- 43 W
01/03 HOME C INDIANA 65- 60 W
01/08 HOME C MINNESOTA 49- 52 L
01/21 HOME C WISCONSIN 73- 69* W
01/29 HOME C MICHIGAN ST 56- 71 L
02/07 HOME C NORTHWESTERN 56- 51 W
02/14 HOME C PURDUE 45- 49 L

Bold are the only tough teams (imo) that Iowa has played. So truthfully--they've proved nothing... NW'ern was a good matchup for them and they got out with a win, that's semi-impressive but all the other teams are near garbage. The "C" denotes in-conf so they are 3-3 in conf AT HOME.

Oops, I should have bolded WISCY too, which was a WIN... I think WISCY is a decent team... not elite but near if they had some offense. Keep in mind MICH thrashed IOWA the last time they met this season.
