This seems unique to Bookmaker/DSI.

Bet 2nd half of baseball, after the game starts ( during the bottom of 5th inning), for 6th inning to end of game.

Parlay side to total of same game for 1st 5 innings.

I think Trojan might allow the second thing, but not the first, but I'm not funded there.

Wagerweb might have the second item, but I'm done there.

Any others ? 5D has neither option, parlay gets denied.

I like to use the 1st 5 inning parlay to go against a starting pitcher.

example:

Mussina and NYY are favored. I think Moose might get hit hard.

Other team +130 and over 5 -110.
