Any of you like to play on NFL 1st qtr bets? Or qtr bets in general?

Any thoughts on these wagers? Any strategy?

What about an over in first qtr, then under for the game. Vig needs to be looked at as always.

A runback allows the push on the first bet.

I love wagers like this. When you have a strong opinion on how a game will play out in certain stages, you can take advantage of it & get rewarded without the stress of late game situations.

I look to take advantage of these situations in all sports. I chart teams in quarters etc.... you will find the teams that are just flat out consistent.

I did alot of my NBA wagering this past season with quarter as well as team total bets as some teams I just pegged & got rewarded with their consistency.

Not often, but, a few teams every year are always good for a few over/unders in the 1st quarter.
Probably play more 3rd qusrters than 1st.

I will betthe occasional over 7.5 1st Qrt on the home team. I have won on this before..but do not bet it often

Once in a while when the game I'm betting is on TV... Wallstreet.com has 1st Q lines.

Oly generally has 6½-7 on all games. Typically 7, so the push is a factor.

I like betting the 1st quarter lines. When you know a team is going to come out fired up (for whatever reason) you can find some value there.
