So last night she talked about creating a profit sharing plan for employees of private businesses because "if you helped create the profits, you should share in those profits". HUH? Did those employees work to get the business started? Were they up until 3am working on it? Are they going to help cover the debt if the biz fails? On and on and on!
How a sane, grown adult can think like this is beyond me....so anyone whom agrees with this thinking, please explain to me why.

No, but their labor helped create the profits. No other way around that. One side sticks up for laborers, the other side sticks up for the executives. And given our 3rd world level disparity of wealth, I would say it's time we focus on laborers in this country. How any sane adult can hate laborers so much is beyond me. their labor created the profits you say.....you do realize they get paid hourly or salary to do so, don't you? How is that slave labor? So I invested my money to start a business with no guarantees of it working out...I worked long, hard hours to make it a success, yet an employee should share that because the government says so? How am I standing up for exectuvies? I am standing up for people that own a business!! So you are ok with stealing as long as it is done by the government? Please tell me your post was a joke.

A profit sharing initiative, even a small one that Hillary is promoting is a good start. I stick up for laborers because the data says laborers are getting screwed. Ya, she said this during the 10 minutes I caught and I thought it was absurd. It's shit like this that makes me angry that the Republicans couldn't nominate a decent candidate. Instead they nominated the one guy that I find more repulsive than her.

I must have missed where she mentioned how different businesses would be treated differently. What's the cut off for profit sharing? .01%? 1%? 5%?

What happens if I net 1.5 million in 2015 and lose 1 million in 2016? Do the employees give something back in 2016 or am I supposed to take on the full risk without the full reward?

You act like this profit sharing plan is meant for small businesses, lol. It's target is mainly for corporations that make billions in profits and have thousands of employees. You'll see very little impact as a small business. It's not like it's going to be just some blanket program that takes profits from any business and split them evenly, lol. It's a very menial plan that gives workers making low wages a little increase. You'll be fine, lol.
