Very slow internet system at post time on the weekends. Half hour before game time, expect 30-40 seconds per screen. At 4pm on Sunday, expect 2 minutes per screen or refresh.

Your correct. We came into football with the same bandwidth that we did last season.

We failed to realize that with the addition of our new software our business would increase so dramataically.

The increase in traffice and all the new prop offerings and wager types did cause the system to run a little slow right at post.

We monitor everything extensively and it has already been corrected.

We never expected to double our internet traffic over the course of one year. Too many people are taking advantage of our 20% bonus and dime lines. This is a good problem to have.

The internet business is very important to me and I did what was necessary this week to increase our bandwidth to support the traffic. Expect quick load times at post this weekend.

Every week as our traffic increases so will our bandwidth.
There are so many good thing happening right now and we would not want to do anything to discourage all the new business.

The clerks compare to other books are really BAD.
Still good place to have action at.

If increasing the bandwidth solves the problem, that would help the customers. However, if bandwidth was not the really problem, the customers should expect similar performance problems to continue.

Excellent book. Great CS that I've seen so far.

Offer a bunch of different bonuses depending on what you like: rebates, reduced vig, re-ups, etc.
