That's my view... But even further, by not enforcing the rule for years, I think they gave up their rights to enforce. I suppose time will tell!

Sorry, my daughter got my computer infected w/ a virus and I just got my computer fixed. The real issue here is whether the condo is allowing anyone to mount the satellite on the wall. If they are, then they have to allow you to mount it. If they are making everyone have them on a mounted stand they are going to have a pretty good chance of enforcing the rule. There is caselaw in Florida that says if a condo doesn't enforce a rule for a long period, they waive their right to enforce it. However, if the association now wants to enforce the rule against everyone evenhandedly, they probably will be able to.
