Any agreement relating to child support is void - the court will determine what is in the best interests of the child - the father has to pay child support according to the financial situation he laid out.

I am not referring to words about "child support" in a pre nup. I agree the Courts manage that! I'm talking solely "assests" here!

She will get child support unless he gets custody of the kids. She will then pay him child support if that happens. Due to the fact he was caught in bed by her screwing around it appears likely she will get custody.

In Michigan, she would have to be a total nut not to get joint custody, minimum. Lawyers would line up to take her case.

FORGET CUSTODY ISSUES: I'm talking a 50plus year old(Male) old marrying a 20 sometthing female and getting her to sign a pre-nup. Yeh--he got her pregant first and ...
The issue here is not about child support or even joint custody. I'm talking about a guy (attorney) worth easily 2 to 3 million. What does she get --with a written pre-nup! (He's a pos to me; besides the point here). She is barely a hs grad with limited skills? Is this simply a Judge decision as to wHAT SHE MAY GET. )I think she can prove mentally crulety on his part--but..not totally certain)
