I have been drinking the pinapple / orange flavor for quite a few years now.

I was drinking a jug full about every day and half.

I stopped when I started to think it was causing headaches and possibly keeping me from losing a few pounds I have wanted to lose.

I know its only 5 calories , but I wonder about that.

Anybody drink any of the flavors and dealt with any headaches ?

It's all I drink, and I probably consume at least as much as you. I get headaches but I think they are mostly from not wearing my glasses. I'll keep an eye on it tho...

Always check for aspartame...it's in alot of shit most notably diet soda...copy and paste time:
Aspartame is, by far, the most dangerous substance on the market that is added to foods.
Aspartame is the technical name for the brand names NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure. It was discovered by accident in 1965 when James Schlatter, a chemist of G.D. Searle Company, was testing an anti-ulcer drug.

Aspartame was approved for dry goods in 1981 and for carbonated beverages in 1983. It was originally approved for dry goods on July 26, 1974, but objections filed by neuroscience researcher Dr John W. Olney and Consumer attorney James Turner in August 1974 as well as investigations of G.D. Searle's research practices caused the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to put approval of aspartame on hold (December 5, 1974). In 1985, Monsanto purchased G.D. Searle and made Searle Pharmaceuticals and The NutraSweet Company separate subsidiaries.

Aspartame accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA. Many of these reactions are very serious including seizures and death.(1) A few of the 90 different documented symptoms listed in the report as being caused by aspartame include: Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain.

Dammit. Now what am I supposed to drink???!!! Is gatorade any good for you? I hate water, it has no flavor and makes me feel more parched. No sugar, no sugar substitutes, can't I get any love from beverages??

Squeeze a little lemon in your water if you for some reason don't like it by itself. Or learn to make sun tea -- and recipes don't get much easier than that -- and keep some in the fridge to drink. Both black and green tea are extremely healthy and are practically zero calories if you don't add sugar.

Gatorade is full of sugar. so it will rot your teeth. It does have advantages if you are doing intense workouts but thats it. I'm not sure about G2 though.
Steak Tarter was on the money:tea, wine, and water.

Tea is such a pain in the butt to make. I do like the ginger peach from republic of tea or whatever it is. Guess I'll drink that unsweetened...

Gatorade is crap...sugar and high fructose corn syrup. The amount of potassium u get from an entire bottle you could get by chewing 1 bite off a banana for 3 secs and then spit it out...next to none.

Take four family-sized bags. Stick them in a good-sized pitcher with a lid. Set outside in the sun for three or four hours. Done.
