The key to a good steak is marblization. My favorite steak is the Rib Eye/Prime Rib/Delmonico, always great fat on that beauty!

Grilling steaks tip: Leave your steak out at room temp for around a half hour before you grill it, this will help with controlling the temperature you like. I'm med rare:103631605

I don't know what I would do without my cook. I am a pretty good cook myself, but not enough time to prepare the way I need. Look for a female/male friend who can cook. That is a key ingredient for me. I could care less if I ever had another orgasm with her, as long as she kept the food coming. :103631605

Keep the sodium and fat down boys. Thats all I ask. you can go calorie and carb crazy but that fat and salt will do you in. and atkins is crap

Use it instead of mercury filled tuna.
