Who cares what team got the calls.
Completely besides the issue.
Every sportsbook in the world has it in there rules that bets will be paid and lost based on the official outcome.
This is all that matters.

GeeWiz guys its life.

This is an NFL issue, not a sportsbook issue.

You lost if you took GB
End of conversation.

Hate to sound mean but thats the way it works.

I am SO glad i didn't put you on.

I bet you wouldn't refund your local if you'd had seattle. Bad calls are part of the game. Welcome to gambling!

Are you kidding me? WTF do you know about me or what I would of done? Bet you didn't know I have already paid on my loser did you? You can stick whatever opinions of me you have up your ass. If it was my book I would of just cancelled the side bets - all of them - and that is the truth. I know it is tough for you though since you were probably sitting on a pile of GB money like everyone else.

Everyone seems to forget how many of these threads popped up every week for the last few seasons. Officials playing a part in the outcome of games is no different now, it is just more obvious. The "real" refs were much better at not making it look so obvious, they knew the rulebook better so they knew where/when they could pull the strings and change the game. Anyone remember the Philly/Colts game a few years ago where Philly got called for roughing Manning on an incidental brush of the side of the helmet? How about the ending of the Charger/Steelers game a few years ago? Steelers/Seahawks super bowl? I could sit here and point dozens of examples where the "professional" refs, but it is beating a dead horse. Kind of refreshing to watch the NFL darlings not get the benefit of every "judgement" call. Move on.......

Every bettor was aware that they were dealing with bad refs that have made a bunch of bad calls through the first 3 weeks of NFL. Why act surprised that you got fucked by a ref? I cleared a big # on the game and i'm giving nothing back to the cry babies.

this 1000X

Yes you are correct. Anybody that asks for a refund, should be settled up with and shown the door. They are down the road trouble and that is a fact. Some of these guys never cease to amaze me.

Good or bad that is why sports books have rules that cover almost anything you can think of, including bad calls. And also remember that one person's bad call misfortune is another person's good call of fortune.

there's no reason any book should refund gb backers. it isn't their fault. they may make or lose a substantial amountt of money on a side any given week, no matter how blatent the call on national tv. it was a fucking awful call and i stand by that, but there's no reason for sportsbooks to give hand outs to people who lost bets.

a man makes a bet and either collects or pays based on the official outcome of the game...a man does not ask for his money back....

good one dude, the manning 'roughing the passer' against philly on 4th and a mile when it was an incidental brush , not even a tap. that was an all-timer for me.
