Any Apple Mac Book users here??

Thinking about a laptop and leaning toward Apple Mac Book.

I've had one for a few years now. It's good for the most part, only problem was a broken fan about a year and a half into use which made is noisy as shit. I think it was only a problem with the 1st generation models though.

a dell and bought a macbook 3 months ago

I bought the macbook thinking I could use it for work because it was smaller than the others. well its a huge disapointment. just about no trading software runs on it and safari sux imo

i loaded firefox and have that running now.

you can buy parallels etc to run windows but the problem is when you have money on the line then you cant afford to have the screwups that ive read from users of those type of programs.

so yes its trendy/stylish and part of ipod/iphone type thing - but it costs twice as much for less.

end of day think carefully about the uses you want to use it for then make the decision.

I agree. I got mine in October, and I really love it.

MacBook Pro comes with an application called Bootcamp which lets you run Windows on your Mac.
This is the best computer out there

thanks for the offer but I simply cant take the chance on a screwup

also the trading platforms say they provide no guarantee they will work properly using those programs
