In mid February I broke a 30+ year steady addiction to full strength cola drinks (Coke and DrPepper) where I averaged pretty much about a gallon a day (10 cans)
Still drink about four to five cans of Coca Cola per WEEK now...with pizza usually.
But otherwise, diet Sprite, 7-Up or Sierra Mist only.
Dropped about 12 lbs within first six weeks and have maintained that with no problem (about 190# now)
Maintaining the energy level with two caffeine pills in morning and low doses of ephedrine a few times a day, plus 0cal/0carb energy drinks.
Side Benefit also when I do drink that one bottle or can of Coca Cola I actually feel the caffeine boost - something that rarely happened in past due to my high tolerance
