In Vegas for the first time. Wife came out for business, I tagged along for fun. Only have 2 days to see and play. If I had to do 1 thing in these 2 days what is it?
Thanks in advance.

2 days, not much time. Hoover dam is less then one hour away. If you're into buffets check out Caesars or Bellagio. They're pricey but have great food and are massive! Checking out the strip will take you a day. Good luck!

not enough time to branch out.. stick to 2-3 casinos and hit it up with a show and gambling.. if it were a week people would suggest things for sure but you dont have enough time on this trip to be filling in with tourism puff_>>

Short timelines the guys above are right, you can see lots downtown in a short time and enjoy the Vegas experience for a reasonable price.

Two things:

1) Key to your question. Do you plan to get back out there on any type of schedule. Would probably effect the absolute best answer to your question.

2) What kind of moronic outfit does your wife work for? two days? Your post indicate you are from PA.

I think for you and the wife Bellagio is a must if you have never been. The water show outside combined with the decorations in the front lobby make it a nice place to see and take pictures. You might as well eat while you are there. The steakhouse is supposed to be really good.

Downtown another good thing to check out while you are there.

Also if your wife is a badass, I hear there is some package deal where they fly you on a helicopter into the dessert, then you fire machine guns at shit out there, and then you drive a Ferrari back into vegas. That sounds awesome but I think that takes an entire day

You can stay in dowtown three or four more days and nights for what it will cost you to have steak at the Bellagio. Of course, I don't know your situation Bakes. Take care of your bankroll. Vegas has all sorts of ways to separate you from it!

Also, the roller coaster at the top of Stupeks

The BJ rules and limits are so f'd up on the strip I wouldn't even bother. Better, cheaper and more fair games downtown on and off Fremont. Craps at Binions was always my favorite

What else,…hmm….some great restaurants at City Center, Lemongrass is great for Thai. Great poker tourneys at Aria and Bellagio and Mirage

That should get you through 2 days. Forget the Hoover dam, it's just a giant chunk of concrete, very interesting if you're a civil engineer
