Another Vegas Question (minimum bet size-2 team parlays)

My favorite wager is the two team parlay.(Don't all you math experts rush to tell me thatI'm a fool. It's just the way I like to play.)

On the net you can wager very samll amounts like $5 or 10. parlays (sometimes less depending on the sport). I'm wondering what the MINIMUM $ amount is in "Sin City" for 2 teamers.

I'm not interested in the parlay cards etc.

I think at the smaller hotels it would be the same 5 to 10 dollars.

Not having to kiss a supervisors' ass--just the typical amt.?

I think that will depend on if they "need" the action on your sides to an extent.

The main thing they will look at is their exposure. If you are taking two moneyline dogs for a larger payout they will take less as a rule.

Let's just say--you wanted to parlay 2 baseball teams TeamA -250 and Team B -200. Would there be any discussion for a dime parlay at most places or would it be taken with no hassle?

A dime would be my max . It sounds like the books fear players that take dogs on the money line. (Normally--I come up with the $ line favorite in my capping. But refuse to lay 250 or 300 up; so the parlay works fine. In early season bases you don't see these too often but late in the year--they become almost standard.

Well, your original comments likely provide the answer.

Mathematically, a two team parlay increases the odds for the House, so I bet the minimum is no less than that for Straight Bets.
