I just received the following email...

This is similar to what happened with me, except my amount was for $152, 500,00 dollars....

I have been warning gamblers to stay clear from them because this is exactly how they operate when they decide not to pay out...

I would like to thank you in advance for any help that you can offer me with my problem. I deposited $1000 via Western Union Quick Collect, into my account at SBGGLOBAL.com on Oct 3. Once the funds became available I proceeded to play blackjack and wager on NFL games. While I was playing blackjack the game malfunctioned. I won a hand and the computer took my $100, instead of paying me. I promptly called SBG and reported it, and was assured that it would be taken care of. I then resumed wagering on the NFL and playing blackjack. Unfortunately I ended up losing the $1,000. Then on Tuesday I logged into my account to see if the $100 had been properly credited to me. It was not, as I had a zero balance. So I proceeded to call the internet/casino support department. I explained my situation to the gentleman, and informed him of what happened on Sunday. He found the trouble ticket from Sunday and went over it. He then verified that the computed did indeed malfunction, and promptly credited my account $100. Once the $100 was in my account, I proceeded to play blackjack. I did very very well and won $5,200 playing blackjack. However I lost $1,210 wagering on sports. At the end of the day I requested a $2,000 payout via Western Union. The next day I called SBG, they gave me the tracking info and the necessary Western Union details, and I picked up my money, no problem. Then on Wednesday my luck continued, as I won $1,200 in the casino and $3,807 in the sportsbook. I also did well on Thursday, Friday and today(Saturday). Here is where the problem comes in. On Thursday, at around noon, I requested a Western Union payout for $2,000. I was told to call back in an hour or so for the tracking info and Western Union details. When I called back, they were not ready. I was told to call back in 1 1/2 hour, so I did. I was not ready then either. I called back a few more times on Thursday and I called all day yesterday for the information. Every time I called they had a different excuse as to why my funds were still not ready. Then last night they assured me that it would be ready today at 9am. I called and it was not ready. Then this afternoon they gave me the info and said it was ready. I then went to pick up the money at Western Union and the manager at the Western Union informed me that there was nothing with that tracking number and nothing under my name in the system. So I went home and called the Western Union 800 number and the operator verified that nothing was available under my name nor that tracking number. Also, I currently have around $13,000 in my account from winning, since Tuesday. So, I then called SBG, and they now are telling me that my account is under review, and they my funds may be available on Monday. They refuse to elaborate as to what "under review" exactly means. In the past I've lost thousands upon thousands of dollars betting at SBG. They never had a problem taking my money when I lost. Also, in the past, when I requested a withdrawal, I never had a problem. So now, I dont know what to do. I am very nervous, because for once in my life I am up a decent amount of money. I hope that they are not trying to avoid paying me. I cant understand what the problem is and I am very upset. Can you please step in and help me with this, as I dont know what to do next? Anything that you can do for me will be greatly appreciated and I thank you for reading this.

I sure hope they are not going to say the casino was at fault, because if so, I have a player they will need to explain that to & the casino beat him for 21k in a week recently. They swear the casino is top notch.

Last year I sent 500$ to SBG as my initial payment. played for a week and ran it up to 4700$, called for a western union payout of 2000$ and was given the same bull story. Call back for control #. Well had to call 5 times, finally was given the #. Went to pick up and they had no record of the tracking # they gave me. Had to wait 2 days for the correct tracking #.Chalked it up to experience. Sent 500$, collected 2000$, lost 2700$ of my winnings but was the best 2700$ spent as I said screw you and your company. Good luck getting your cash but if you can "GET OUTTA THERE".

SHRINK, how did this player know to e-mail you? Or did he just ignore the years of warning on these very forums for people to stay away from this STIFF book known as SBG Global?

Best of luck on this one. These guys won't talk to anyone. I told a sports book manager in San Jose about wanting to meet with them just to see how they would respond to all the stuff written about them on here and he chuckled. He said knowing SBG they probably would demand a post-up with a written guarantee that I would lose it or else they wouldn't want to talk to me. As he pointed out, who else sets up fancy sounding named committees that are really just fronts for the sentiment "trust us, we know what to do with your money when we make sure you lose with us".

Needless to say I have never been to their compound...

Chuck,

I don't know how he knew to email me, nor why he would not know how the posters and I felt regarding SBG on this site...

I guess you have to keep in mind that not everyone has been following this forum for years and that we do get a lot of new posters on a weekly basis...

I will keep everyone informed as to the outcome, but I have grave concerns...

On Sept 22nd, I received message from a gentleman who had lost 21K in the SBG Casino in a week and he said there was a definate problem with the software stating overwhelming weighted odds in favor of SBG . He asked for my assistance, but thus far I cannot get anywhere with SBG. He wrote to me.

My claims still stand concerning the overwhelming weighted odds in favor of SBG in the blackjack game on the internet. My play this week, in which $21,000 was lost, is more than just disturbing. It's sick the way the SBG came is calibrated. I have documented my own play with those in observance.

I played the games in accordance with the rules of blackjack and could not in any way come close to a profit. I switched up my betting from $25-100 per hand and from one hand to three hands mant times, especially yesterday (Friday). In all play this week, consistanly the house showed a face card, an ace or a high card, and on a run where a low card showed, rarily was there a bust by the house. At one time yesterday, the house had blackjack FIVE TIMES IN A ROW!!!!!

From September 12-17, I played the casino blackjack game at SBG. I lost over $21,000 during that period. This is not the only amount I have lost in their casino. This amount is only for that period of time!!! <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The blackjack game is calibrated overwhelmingly in favor of SBG. It is a weighted system to allow beyond reasonable favor to the house.

The house consistently shows a face card or an Ace or a high card 7,8,9 on a draw. The house rarely busts and remarkably hits a 20, 21 when you have a 20 or 21 showing. If you double down a on a 6/16 or 5/15 or 4/14 or 3/13 or 2/12 when a small card is showing by the house you end up with a face card and overwhelming amount of times and the house, of course, hits a 17, 18, 19, 20, 21!!!!!

Never seen anything like this. I have played in Vegas for 25 years and never saw a casino blackjack game like this!!!!

I complained about this activity several weeks ago, and they did an investigation, so they said, and was told they found no irregularity in the game!!!!! I now know there software people and them are the same!!! What a racket!!!

On 9/17 the house hit 4-5 blackjacks in a row!!! This happened several times.

When you get close to the amount you started with, after battling back for several hours, you get slammed back down. This happens often.

Now I played 3 hands at a time at $100/hand and couldn't get ahead. I have played one hand, two hands. I have played $25, 50, 75 etc.on different times and it doesn't matter, they will win. Yes...you do win hands, but it is calibrated in favor with odds unreasonable to the house.

By the way...I stick to blackjack rules almost all the time. You can't win with those rules either!
Now, we have the current complaint where the player is told that...

SBG did not pay me my $2,000 today.
I called them at around 1:15pm, they told me to call back at 2pm and it would be available. Then at 2pm, they told me to call back at 4pm. Needless to say it was not available at 4pm either. Then at around 6pm I called and talked to a supervisor by the name of: Nick.
Talking to Nick was an unpleasant experience. It was nightmarish and just ugly. He was rude and repeatedly talked over me as I was trying to explain to him how frustrating this whole situation has become.. He couldn't care less about me or my problem, as his voice clearly indicated. He told me to call back tomorrow for an update, and tried to hang up. I could not believe that was his answer, when he knew how upset I was. At that moment I officially finished being polite to Nick, I had no choice. I demanded to speak to someone with more authority then him.
Becoming assertive at that point seemed to get Nick back on the ball.
He assured me that no one in upper management was available at the moment. He then suggested that I contact "Gabby," tomorrow afternoon.(I will wait for your advice, before I do anything else). He then put me on hold and came back with an answer for me as to WHY its taking so long. You can be the judge and let me know if this is true or is this SBG trying to not pay me. He said the reason its taking so long is, they are reviewing all of my casino action. They are checking to see if the casino was functioning properly while I was playing blackjack.
So we have a losing player and SBG says the casino is fine and we have a winning player and there is a possible problem with the casino.

I do not know if this is as aggravating to you people as it is to me, but at the very least, the HYPOCRISY is a shame.

I've played at Caribs casinos and the dealer has had 5 black jacks in a row many times, lol, can't win there. I read bout these guys winning 30,000$ at Caribs casinos, don't know if its true or not? I've played at First Fidelity's casino screwing around and if you want to see a scam, play there! Every time you pull good cards the dealer pulls one better! Try their roulette wheel, you'll be amazed. The wheel turns ball stops on odd#, second later it jumps on an even #, you lose. Lands on black for a second then jumps to red, you lose. ALL casinos are rigged. Show me a casino that loses and I guarantee their sports book cleaned up that week. Show me a casino that wins and I'll show you a Sortsbook that was destroyed this past week. Trust me these casinos are in business to capitalize on the sportsbooks losses. These books pay their bills with their casino action!

ANYONE who loses playing casino games at an off-shore book should NEVER complain one single word about getting his ass handed to him. sorry - books can come in here and say otherwise - but i don't trust a SINGLE off shore casino. in my mind - anyone who plays at one should simply toss their money into a fireplace - for the results will be the same.

as for SBG Global - all i know about them is when Scamdicapper Extraordinaire Scumbag Stu Feiner had his free pick phone and TV show - he pushed the hell out of thise book. this is nothing more than "Guilt by Association" and if Stu likes the book - I DON'T!
