I asked for a payout today for $2500 thru neteller.I had a very nice talk with Richard....I asked for my payout around 10:30am.I was told before speaking with richard i would be paid in 24 hours.I just looked in my neteller acct.I was paid by 3:00pm today.

I also requested a payout for the max. neteller of $2,500, I requested at about noon, they said it would be there by 5 tommorrow. I'll update this week as I will have a couple of withdrawls this week.

I sent richard an email. My buddy called today and theytold him too call next week for a tracking number. Told him they were switching banks. Now if all payouts have been fullfilled..how would they fullfill them if they were switching banks? Richard..I will have all his info in the morning.

I guess somebody must be losing there or they wouldnt still be in business. Just seems like a lot of posters requesting withdrawals lately. Maybe all THERX posters win and the non-forum members lose there.

We also like ROYAL or we wouldn't have given them as many chances as we have to get their management in order...

It seems to me that they are doing the right thing NOW, but it's a shame we had to take them off the site before people started getting paid in a timelier manner...

And YES, they would like to be back on this site ASAP, but I just don't see how we can keep up our credibility by repeatedly going back and forth with them...

Any suggestions if hypothetically everyone gets paid soon and they start to do this on a consistent basis again? :icon_conf

i would suggest giving them ONE MORE TRY when everyone gets paid.

And hope they keep up to their word, and pay everyone in a timely fashion. I can see a fedX check taking 5 business days, any longer is too long. again, they are not pinny, oly or cris like everyone compares them to.
Neteller should take no longer than 24 hours, which is good in my book.

the biggest thing i have with them, is they ALWAYS PAY, and they have helped a lot more gamblers than hurt them in the past. a few slow pays, but NEVER A NO PAY, and that holds a lot of ground with me.

again, after you visit, and they seem to be in order, i would give them one more shot, if they fail this time, it is banishment for life:sad3:

I recieved my payout today, it wasn't by 5pm as they said it would be, I phoned shortly after 5pm and they apologized and said they would get it in within the hour, which it was. I like Royal as a book, this was my first time getting a payout and I was a little disappointed that money wasn't there when THEY said it would be but its far from tragic. I have one more neteller due to me tommorrow, we'll see how that goes.

Just to keep up with the info sharing, one of my contacts got a Royal neteller payout of $2500 today which was first requested last Thursday.

So it appears you are saying it took 5 days for a neteller withdrawel of $2500 to be received?

Well, since ROYAL is paying out, albeit NOT YET in a timely manner, this has got to be a case of poor management and perhaps deliberate "stalling" where some sports books do this in the hope that a gambler will lose back the money before the request is processed...

Either way, it is wrong and they need to address this, change this and get their sh*t together because it is becoming obvious that they have the funds but don't want to part with it...

Yes, the subject of Royal has come up a few times in the last month among various contacts of mine. With some of the recent stories that have come out (with the gun-pulling and whatnot) my contacts are kind of pissed at me because I was the one that introduced some of them to Royal - (after I was sold on Royal here at theRX.)

However I would say that in general, things aren't TOO bad and there is more general uneasiness than serious problems. All anyone has reported is lack of professionalism (in the form of being put on hold then hung up on repeatedly) and stalling on the payouts. That's obviously not good - but I've heard of much worse.

I can expand on the case I referred to here . There was a $2500 Neteller payout request last Monday that was received on Thursday - and then, as I posted in this thread, a $2500 payout was requested Thursday and received yesterday (Tuesday).

I might be off by a day on some of those details.

I know that a further payout was requested yesterday but Royal said it couldn't be initiated until Thursday because their rules state you can only have two payouts a week and they count from the date the second last payout was processed (rather than the date requested).

That's obviously not great customer service but, at the same time, maybe that can at least reduce the stress of anyone who is in waiting mode right now.

I'm not sure how clearly I explained that. To summarize: the pattern I have been seeing (not just with the person in this example but a couple others) is a waiting period of about 3 business days for Neteller payouts.

Every Payout that I have ever rquested has come the same day by Neteller. Alot of other Posters have said same thing. It seems most of the problems is checks being requested.
