It would be so easy to cheat in Little League Baseball. In 1 decent sized city, there are prob. at least 15 different Little Leagues; if you take the best player from every Little League plus 3 great pitchers; you are set. prob more. I bet Rhode Island takes their top 12 year olds from the entire state and roles them out there.

Isn't that what that Chicago team did last year or the year before. While the media wanted to make a big deal because they were all homeboys of different gangs uniting.
