Go and live in North Korea for a couple months. You will beg the US to come in there and save your sorry ass. You'll kiss the ground after the US tanks roll over it and liberate that hellhole.

Imagine you live their for 30 years like Iraqis have under saddam. would you want to be liberated? Consider that after 30 years, the chances that a member of your family was not tortured to death, possibly in front of you, are extremely unlikely.

Its easy to live in freedom and piss and moan about everything. If any of you morons had any clue what its like to live in places like Iraq and North Korea you would support the removal of those regimes.

Why I continue to point out the obvious to the mentally retarded, I don't know. It just seems like eventually some sort of sunshine has to penetrate the utter darkness that is their heads.

And lets conviently IGNORE the fact that our gov't helped Saddam commit these atrocities. Yes we gave Iraq chemical weapons which were used on the Kurds. Yes we brought about UN sanctions which forced the Iraqi people to suffer and DID NOTHING to Saddam. But who cares, we are the U.S. so every horrible act we commit is O.K.

Ok, let's point out the obvious. It's not our country i.e. it's not our right to decide who runs it. Forcing other countries to structure their governments around our needs and desires equates being world dictator.

If this were about "freeing the Iraqis" instead of oil, then why did we keep Pinochet in power rather than remove him when he was throwing Chileans into the ocean from helicopters. We restructure governments for our needs not those of the citizens in that county. That Sir, is "the obvious".
