Not saying it serves you right... BUT who thE EFE.... is ALLIANCE? People Forum benefactor or NOT, there is THE GREEK, CRIS, PINNACLE and ALL THE BOOKS IN ENGLAND, AUSTRALIA that would take your action if you set up the appropriate deposit/payout method and you STICK TO IT... How could a NO NAME BOOK called Alliance be a black EYE TO THE INDUSTRY... maybe a ZIT or a pimple on someone's left nut but never a BLACK EYE... You placed there pal.... if you played there and got robbed its your fault IMO crying here about it just makes you look dumb.

I don't think it makes the OP look dumb. A lot of people don't even know about forums. They see an ad in the DRF, hear a commercial spot on their local radio station or get told by somebody. Word is they gave one player a chance to move to their agent book BetGoldstar if that helps.

You can say what you want about the clients of Alliance, but the truth is,It can happen to anyone. How many people did Betislands screw over, with that snake oil salesman,Jon.Some clients got stuck for 5 figure amounts. One Site that was considered a watch dog in the Industry, claimed this book was solid as a rock. They gave Betislands an A rating right to the bitter end.Unreal

I usually stick with the big shops but these guys seemed decent and I had developed a relationship with them over the past year that really caught me off guard with this shut down.

I do see this as a reminder for me that the offshore books are not banks and that your money is at risk whether it's on a game or sitting in your available balance.

I'm only gonna quote the following.... SWEAT THE GAME not the PAYOUT.....
If I had to bet somewhere POST UP, Greek would be the only spot other then bet365.... they have the lines, the variety, the security and the reputation that nothing else would do. If I came off offensive please excuse but lets be real...

.... as consumers (even in this industry) we need to do whats right by ourselves, no one goes out thinking, I need running shoes, here let me try some Duckies or BOBo's.... No we go out and find Nike, NB, Adidas, etc.... 3 for 1 Ducky Brand could only mean disaster. I lament your situation, it sucks ad again, it doesn't serve you right cause its money you lose and I cannot partake in wishing you or anyone wrong, but Alliance = Ducky Brand shoes to me... I wouldn't have gone there.

ANY of these books could close up at any time.

I'd stick to BM/DSI, 5Dimes and Heritage....because if they go down, it's all over anyway.

I could absolutely hear him saying that.

Funny so many players think these guys behind these books are some highly successful college graduates with really deep pockets. Quite the opposite. Basically anyone could throw up a site in minutes and make it look legit.
