winning day yesterday and my first big wnba play won by 45 pts.
i like the under 149 in the la/houston game for several big reasons. first, both teams played phoenix in their previous game and that's why we have an inflated total here, as two teams combined for 171 and 193 pts in their games vs the league's fastest tempo team. houston is 11-8 to the under on the season, including 7-4 on the road. they are playing back-to-back here after an energy spending game vs phoenix and everything will look in slow motion for them today. los angeles actually played their last two games against fast pace teams and for them as well this game will look in slow motion. I don't think houston has enough energy to win tonight, and los angeles is 7-3 to the under in their last 10 wins. los angeles is 9-8 to the over this season but twice already they went over the total only after overtime, so their o/u record in the regulation time is 10-7 to the under. the under is 20-4-1 in last 25 hth meetings. it is a rarity for this league to see 'wagerline public' in a overwhelming majority on the over. the over was in 'yellow' only 10 times ytd and the under went 9-1, including 2-0 yesterday. the only total where the over prevailed was the lowest of all 10 totals (set at 138.5). so, the under prevailed 9-0 for all totals higher than 138.5. this game has the biggest % for the over of all other 'yellow over' games and also has the highest total set (148 as per wagerline but there are quite a few 148.5's and 149's out there). looks like a trap 'par excellence' to me. give me under 149 as my big wnba play #2.
