I request and received a Western Union name from 5dimes.
I then went to my local store to have the money sent as I normally would with no issues.
After awhile the money still was not in my 5dimes account so I contacted them to determine the issue. They said that WU blocked the transaction and I needed to call them.
Upon contacting WU they said that the receivers name was not eligible to receive payments because they have exceeded the number of transactions and I would have to come back to pick up the money.
Naturally I contact 5dimes to express my displeasure with them about supplying a bad name. They refused to assist in any way other then to offer a new name.
They would not even cover the cancellation/transfer fees that I incurred while sending the money to the bad name.
