Sorry for the delay in answering this. BetPanAm does pay for one Neteller payout per month. Any additional payout varies depending on the amount up to $30 per $8000. For example if you requested $12,000 it would be considered 2 request and it would cost $60. Other payout methods at BetPanAm are bankwire which is $30. Cashiers Check via Fed Ex which is $35. Western Union we pay the first $30 and the customer pays the additional. Or our preferred method The Stored Value card with transaction of $5.

These are the methods to receive money at BetPanAm

General and or Scotty...

Nice try but that did NOT even come close to answering my question!!!!

So let's try this again...

I had my one free Neteller withdrawal and now I would like to take out another $1000 in the same month via Neteller.
How much is that gonna cost me??

This time let's not cut and paste from the website. I'm asking because the website is NOT clear on this!!!

It's 2% up to a cap of $30 per transaction. Those are the fee's imposed on us by Neteller. Not by BetPanAm. But rather than discuss this on the forums which isn't necessary, You could e-mail me at scotty@betpanam or call our Customer Service Department, which we set up to handle questions like these at 800-810-3575. This is why we don't post in the forums.

Thanks

WHAT???????????

"This is why we don't post in the forums."

LV711 asked a simple question - he simply wanted to know the costs for withdrawing via NETeller because Panam's site is not clear about it, and this is cause for grief to Panam??? In what possible way would this cause them grief? If they simply posted this info on their website, telling the customers what they need to know, is that some sort of dumb thing to do??? Cascade tells you upfront - do the right thing, Panam, and update your website ...

Cascade's info:

NETeller : We allow one free NETeller pay out per calender month up to a max of $5000 . All additional Neteller Pay outs will have a 2% charge of the amount requested levied against your account . Example : You will be charged $20 for every $1000 you request after the first Free payment of $5000 or less.

One other thing - customers have a RIGHT to know this info up-front, and your policy is actually better than Cascade's for multiple withdrawals, so why wouldn't this be clearly stated on the website?

Jazz, so maybe as fast as PanAm loosened up the timer, they will rewrite their payout policy to make it clear???
Hmmmmmmmmmm.............

Yes it was a simple question...
And yes I could have called and asked..
But this is something that I thought ALL PanAM customers may be curious about!!!

Proud to say I haven't been logged out ONCE today at PanAm!!!

maybe, LV - and I forgot to make one other point: if someone is at WORK and needs to know this, he may not be able to call and maybe he can't use the company email to ask, or maybe his email is down. Besides, not posting the policy on the website ensures wasting not only the customers' time but also increases the costs for Panam to reply to each individual question or call.
