Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained an illegal alien from Guyana who somehow managed to obtain a school superintendent job in Iowa paying around $300,000 a year.
It looks like a bunch of stupid bitches on the school board decided to hire him because he was black and didn’t bother to do any sort of proper checks.
