Shields and Garza have been hammered on the road all year. I would trust Lackey, Saunders and Santana on the road long before them. Santana is the shakiest but Saunders road ERA is in the two's I believe and Lackey's road ERA under three. Unfortunately for Tampon Bay's pitchers, they cant pitch all their games in their dump.

I am still laughing at the Tampon Bay players talking about their "offensive outburst" in the last two games of their series against Toronto where they scored three games each. I guess when you've averaged 2.6 runs a game for a month three runs does sound like a lot. I would hate to see their reaction if they actualy scored 10 runs or beat a team with a pulse. I have never seen a first place team so excited about a 4-2 road trip over Kansas City and Toronto.

Red sox would kill to go 4-2 on the road, good for TB for being excited

Boston has been bad all year on the road as well but at the end of the day they should be able to win when they need to. Boston, TB and New York are all overrated while Minnesota, Angels (until lately) and White Sox are all underrated. The Twins lineup and their pitching, especially their bullpen make them a tough team. They have very clutch hitters in Morneau and Mauer. Scoring three runs doesn't get them excited.

I would rank Chicago the lowest out of LA Angels and Minnesota but they still haven't gotten the attention that New York, Boston and Tampon Bay get. People haven't said much about them lately and the only reason they were saying that about the White Sox then was because of their series with the Chicago Cubs. The oddsmakers have worse odds for the White Sox winning the WS than Boston.

why don't you go to the other board you post on and make your big favorite play like you do every night? Oh wait, I just checked and you've already posted it. Couldn't help but laugh when you layed 270 with New York in game three against baltimore.

It is someone with the same name as you. I can't post the site because it is against board rules. Exact same name as you. I can email you the site if you want.

The value on the Angels is gone. They shouldn't be favs at NY IMO.

I have futures on both LA teams to make it to and win the World Series, but I am going to be selling the Angels bet back very soon for some very easy profit. Something tells me now this team isn't going to be there at the end and they aren't the best team in baseball IMO (although stats say otherwise). We'll see, but usually after a big trade like that you get everybody thinking they will win only to end up being overhyped. They still have major lineup holes IMO, and although they have one of the best overall rotations in the MLB, they don't have those dominant 1-2-3 pitchers like TB.

You are obsessed with TB. They aren't good and wont make the playoffs. How come you changed your screen name?

Angels come back down to Earth with -108. But give me a break, Santana vs. Ponson. Sure, Santana will give up a HR or two, but Ponson is going to be lit up like a Christmas tree. Boston tagged him in the last outing for 7ER in 4.0 innings. It's gonna be a good show...:nohead:
