I think the bigger mistake was up 6 with 3 minutes to play. He needed to drive to the basket and force a call. I think 3 or 4 times he did and kicked out only to have whoever he kicked out to miss a jump shot. Kyrie was fantastic driving to the basket most of the game.

Kyrie has been rock solid, filling in where he needed to be when Lebrons wanted to play point guard(like a jackass) and he himself had 5,000 turnovers in the first half.. and the media completely ignored that shit, like when obama colluded with the russian govt. oops,,,

lol,,,

The playoffs are supposed to be where you lay it on the line,, and Lebrons is playing this game exactly like a regular season game,, lol,,, if he needs to play 46 minutes to win,,, that jackass, needs to bend time and space and find the minute from god and bring it back to earth, and apply it to the next game,, and win that fukker,,,

i shouldnt be this charged up, cause i am on the gsw for the series,, im just awestruck at how godam lazy nba players are these days, they dont give a shit about anything i guess?

to be fair, he Did play for 46 Minutes
this is usually not the case in 99% of of NBA games, I believe the avg. is Under 40 Minutes

anyway, the Cavs bench is what's the problem ( 11 pts ) and the use of the Bench ( sitting out players )
as much as some like to "Hate" Lebron, you can't put the blame on him IMHO

you are right, the last championship for jordan when he was so sick against utah, there was no way he was coming out of that game

First off...the Flu Game was '97, the 5th championship, and Jordan sat 4 minutes in that game. Yes, relative to a healthy Lebron that is a lot, but 2 minutes of rest is nothing to get on anyone about.

I am one of the bigger Jordan > LeBron guys on the site...but last night's loss wasn't because of LeBron. The Warriors are just a superior team, and may be the greatest team we've seen. Recency bias may be playing a large part...but damn, this Warriors team is ridiculous.

If you want to fault Lebron for anything, the ball should have been in his hands with 30 secs left on the clock when Kyrie was just dribbling around like an ass for the fade away 3 rather than going for the 2 for 1. There's the biggest difference... No way Pippen is controlling the ball looking for the ISO inside the final minute. But you can't fault LeBron for only playing 46 minutes. He's got a cast of stars he should be able to rely on. And handpicked at that.

This series loss shouldn't hurt LeBron's legacy more than any of the others...but a sweep will look ugly the more time passes.

Lebron was dominate in the first quarter. My problem with Lebron was when the game was on the line. Take the ball to the hole. I dont know the stats but he quit shooting in the second half and for sure in the fourth quarter. The only three times I remember him shooting in the fourth quarter is when they switched and Curry was on him (and a pray type 3 blocked with 10 seconds left). Lebron one on one with Curry is a total mismatch. Curry can not stop Lebron driving. Up 6 with 3 minutes to go.....he has to take the ball and win the game. Didn't do it and I lost my moneyline bet on Cleveland.

If there is any bright side.....I get a free taco at Taco Bell today because Golden State won on the road.

The problem with those stats is it they are deceiving if he had stayed in the entire game the first game of the series. As well as this third game of the series his presence on the floor Would of deterred a HUGE portion of GSW scoring ability

I'm far from being an athlete but how hard really is it to go balls out for 48 minutes? These guys train year round not to mention tv timeouts, halftime, and other stoppages in play.

He played 46 of 48 minutes... there's plenty of other things to give him shit about. This isn't one of them.

He's one man. If JR Smith and Kyrie played consistent defense without huge lapses...THAT would have deterred a HUGE portion of GSW scoring ability.

I dont want to hear any excuses for Lebron...

He's tired? Didnt he take games off during the regular season for "rest"? Hasnt he played less than 20 games in the past 2 months? Didnt he have last 2 nites off? I dont want to hear that he's tired.

His teammates arent making shots or playing defense? Didnt he choose to go to Cleveland after Dan Gilbert agreed to make balloon animals at his son's bday party and also promised him the world? Lebron was able to choose his teammates and went about a zillion dollars over the cap so his buddy Dan Gilbert could pay a zillion dollars in luxury taxes

No excuses LBJ. You're losing and you're not getting your way. Boo friggin hoo (even though you are the best player in the nba)

Lebron is a bitch for sitting out 2 minutes. I assumed this was sarcasm when I first read but sadly it's not. It's official, I've now heard it all on this site.

your taking it out of context terps,,, With the LEBRONS exit, on BOTH OCCASIONS,,, GSW went up 10 points,,, BOTH first game and 3rd,, oh and he sat out 6 minutes in the first game,,,

if your the number 1 dam player in the league,, and you know your absence is gonna create horrible matchups,, then you need to play all minutes in the playoff games,,

taking points out of context is what vittard does,, please dont take his place ,,

He was 1 assist shy from a triple double. Maybe that's why he was passing in the end. Had money on it.

A limp waisted hair dresser who pees sitting down on his hourly tmz breaks is bitching about a man who plays over 90% of the minutes per game.....priceless.
