I like the Ducks tonight.
Hawks first game back home after a 6 game roadie. Losing the last 3.

Anaheim over 2.5 -115
Chicago under 2.5 +120

Bad-ass beat for me. Had Ducks +1.5 and Pens +1.5 in a parlay. Ducks collapsed late in the third, and then the empty netter to screw me over.

Bad beat for sure but that's why you never ever lay big juice and take back 1½ goals. It's the absolute worst bet in sports, bar none. Period.

Actually, this is the third time I'm testing this, and so far this is the only one that lost. I'm not laying the big juice, because I'm parlaying them together, so I get close to even money on each.

I agree, betting the +1.5 individually is going to kill your bankroll in the longrun.

EDIT: If you look at all games where one team pulls the goalie at the end, you will find the vast majority of them the EN goal never happens. So really, the probability is on your side in these cases

Does anyone know the overall statistics of how many empty net goals are scored in one goal games?
