An example of good customer relations!!

My cell phone service provider sent me a christmas gift today. I get to choose from $25 worth of Lindt chocolates, $25 of music downloads or a $25 donation to a charity.

A small token but I must say it is a great gesture. Anybody get xmas gifts from books?
