You aren't stating any facts. You are an idiot and widely despised here.

On the contrary, I am a 12 year member here (not 2 years like yourself) and am widely admired. But keep dreaming, cupcake

I have a policy of not arguing with idiots, but in your case I'll make an exception. Here is a direct quote from your hero:

Many soldiers are haunted by the lives they have taken. Chris Kyle, the most lethal sniper in American history, was not one of them. Three years ago I interviewed the tobacco-chewing former cowboy about his tally of 160 confirmed kills in Iraq — he estimated the true number was 255 — and asked whether he regretted any one of them.

“No, sir, not at all,” he replied, in his characteristic soft Texas drawl. He then chuckled. “To be honest with you, I wish I’d killed more...”

I'm trying to follow your logic. His job is to KILL the opponent. Correct? Or no? if yes, is he suppose to be apologetic for his actions during war? is this what you're saying?

a lot of these comeback with their minds in grave distress, so much so they can't make the visions/noises go away- some take their own life. I don't know this Chris chap, but sounds to me he made peace , between the ears

You are so "admired" that you actually started a thread whining that posters wanted to physically harm you.

Don't worry, lying is who you are and what you do.

I bet it really galls you that I'm back. I'm right, aren't i? :) Love you !

don't think anyone wants you back. Not even sure how you got back that fast, but that's up to the Mod that Banned you in the first place.

If it was me, I would have given you more time.

You sound like one of the many Ex-Pats I've met in CR, that just Hates the U.S. and everything it stands for.

What's your Feeling on ISIS ?

I think the movie showed that he went on his first tour for his country and by the 4th tour it was personal

I saw the movie tonight, and it was very good. Very thought provoking, and I find myself feeling very sad. I think about all the people that have served and died, when they could have easily done what most of us have and let war be something very far away, like a bad neighborhood you just avoid. I know that world peace is a pipe dream, but I also just don't know why this world is such a fucked up place that there will always be war. Most of my life is spent in the comfort of safe neighborhoods and ESPN, but it's really sad how much suffering and bloodshed that there is in this world. I long for a world that is as I thought it was, back during little league baseball. But I'm not optimistic. God help us all.

I don't hate the US. I'm 9th generation American. My ancestors settled the country and made it habitable for people like you and your ilk to live comfortably. What I hate is what superpatriot idiots (no names) are doing to my country including stripping us of our freedoms and forcing us to pay for a pointless war machine scouring the globe for new conflicts to justify its existence.

I thought the overall movie was ok. Just not a big fan of war type movies. Watching people getting blown apart just isn't my cup of tea. I prefer Bradley Cooper other movie...Hangover.

Wedding crashers.. Sac was the man.

But the fact that the film has no nuance, no context and no subtlety should not surprise us. If anything it is a terrifying glimpse into a GOP mind-set that couples delusion with violence. We watch Kyle zero in on a pinpointed target and we are reminded of the ways that such a narrow, aggressive vision is itself a metaphor for GOP beliefs. This is a movie that’s not just about a sniper, but also about an attitude that threatens to destroy any chance in our nation for political compromise and productive debate. And that’s what makes this movie really disturbing.
