that are NOT dealing the PENGUIN/SHARKS with a -1.5 and +1.5 goal line!

To see lines such as the following.......

PITT +.5 +345
SJ -.5 -435

is very disturbing to me.

One used to never see this in the past.

I also do not want to hear the argument of low scoring games and that is why we are not offering a 1.5 goal spread.

That is absolutely 100% no excuse.

Any reasonable bookmaker can make a solid line with any game using a 1.5 goal spread.

Not that it makes any differecne, but this is not even a game with a total of 4.5 or 5.0..................it has a total of 6.0!

Some books are dealing the game as follows.......

PITT +1.5 +135
SJ -1.5 -155

Bet365 is another one that has the 1.5 goal line.

It appears that only about 50-65% of the books are willing to deal this.

My problem lies in the fact that some of these books are using a huge moneyline spread of sometimes in the neiborhood of 100 cents!

Pinny has a 40 cent spread which is at least respectable for such a high moneyline......but I still would prefer to see a 20 cent or less line involving 1.5 goals.

Some of the companys that are using the .5 goal line could be because you can parlay goal line to total and they cant stop it in their software.When using a -1.5/+1.5 you can parlay the total to it,thus -1.5 to the over/ or +1.5 to the under is a correlated parlay.The player receives a big edge.
