I called it (to the amazement of everyone watching the draft with us) that the Raiders would go with the dude from Maryland. Everyone is mad because the Raiders passed on Crabtree but this guy is for real. He's faster and will be a much better pro. Not many have seen him play so they don't realize how good he is.

I was hoping the Jets would have drafted him at 17.Most thought that it was too high.Oak. should have done what Clevland did all day-trade down & get bodies.Bey would have been there until the 18th pick(at least)

better receivers were available to the raiders. al davis likes speed (the senile old fuck could use some)

He may be good but he was still drafted too high. If nothing else they could have traded down and gotten more picks with it.

Reminds me of the Cowboys taking Quincy Carter (I think it was) in the 2nd round, when he was likely to be around for a while. They should have been able to work another draft pick out of this if these are the players they really wanted.

well they could have traded with anyone if anyone wanted to move up for a couple more draft picks or whatever and still gotten him. I don't think Bay was super high on many people's board.
