Wasn't it just last week that I imagined some NBA team with a 24 second shot clock only scored 2 points in a quarter?

And, in the Shrink sometimes sees many things which aren't there:

Last time I checked (see page 47), NCAA men's basketball has a 35 second shot clock.


If for some reason you are at a game and they are using a 25 second clock, would HIGHLY recommend that you bet the over before the books find out about it
