I requested a withdrawal by Neteller and this is the response I get.

Dear customer,

Thank you for sending your email.

We would like to inform you that the reason you're not able to put in your
request is because you made the deposit with Neteller on the 23rd. It takes
about 10 days before we receive the actual funds, so in the meantime you will
not be able to make a withdrawal. You might want to wait a few more days before
requesting the withdrawal again.

Regards,

Just reread the E-Mail.

Was this E-Mail from Neteller or from a Sportsbook ?

If the E-Mail was from Neteller, and you're trying to take money out of Neteller itself, then they've probably got a legit reason to make you wait.

If the E-Mail is from a sportsbook, and you're withdrawing money from them back into Neteller, then YES, they're jerking your chain.

I am very thankful I have found this forum. I like to come in get advice, then plead my case to the sportsbook in question. If they respond with a reasonable answer, then there is no need to mention the book.

To answer Halifax question, yes it was a book, not Neteller.

And, yes, it was a miscommunication on their part. It was an uninformed employee. Sometimes, lines cross, or an employee makes an honest error, we are all human.

Again, it has been cleard up, and no need to mention the book.

Good day to all, and may all you games cover,

RC
