Alot of people on BAL: Why?

First off, want to say that I'm not questioning anyones play. I just wanted to know the reasoning behind alot of people on here and what I've seen on Baltimore. Seems like everyone likes the OVER total as well. Neither game in the series has been at 11 runs, yet alone over, and if it hadn't been for BAD late bullpen woes, they don't come close.

Sooo, I just want to know what the thinking on BAL & O/U 11 is from everyone, and anyone who is on BOS.

I think most people are on Boston just because they're Boston. A reason to not be on them is Buchholz. He's 0-6 on the road this year with an ERA of 8.18. Waters pitched a gem against the Angels but has struggled in his other two starts. The first two games didn't go over 11 (but they still scored 9 runs with a great pitching matchup of Lester vs. Guthrie). Last night's pitching match up wasn't bad either with Matsuzaka and Cabrera. Tonight's pitching match up IS bad. Books have to stop somewhere with totals but I think it goes over. No way I would take the under with these two pitchers.

fading Buchholz did not expect him to be out of the game this early. Probally should have played the over w/ as hot as the Sox bats have been in this series.

I thought with all the runs scored that 11 was a great play. Kills 1 of my parlays, but if Boston can comeback and win outright, I still have hope in the 2nd.

There's your answer. Not surprised Baltimore and the over hit easily. When you see a total that high it usually is going over. Buchholz shouldn't be a road favorite over anybody. 0-7 on the road now.

I was definately chasing. Was out and checked my phone to see them up 2-0 in the 1st and thought maybe I was on the right read.

Buchholz needs to goto AAA and just stay there the rest of the year. Sox have too much to lose with him, and the season if he continues to get beatup.
