Here is who I'm playing tonight:

10 Units Syracuse +15.5

Syracuse almost upset Florida State two weeks ago before losing 17-13 at the Carrier Dome as Paul Peterson’s last gasp pass was intercepted in the end zone with five seconds left in the game. The Orange were outgained 258-58 on the ground as Walter Reyes managed only 27 yards on 14 carries. For the season, though, Syracuse is averaging 161 rushing yards per game on 4.1 yards per carry but it has lost 17 consecutive games when rushing for less than 100 yards. Peterson has completed 58 percent of his passes this season with five interceptions. The run defense has been a sore spot as the Orange are allowing 183 yards per game on 4.6 yards per carry. Syracuse is also a poor 3-11 SU, 6-8 ATS its last 14 road games. West Virginia used two interceptions to help beat Connecticut 31-19 last Wednesday as Rasheed Marshall was 12 of 20 for 138 yards and a touchdown and ran for 110 yards on 18 carries. Overall, the Mountaineers racked up 309 rushing yards on 48 carries against a strong UConn run defense including 89 yards on 16 carries by freshman Pernell Williams who replaced injured RB Kay-Jay Harris (ankle), who is questionable to play. Williams may get more playing time if Harris’ knee and ankle sprains don’t heal quickly. Syracuse has lost the last two meetings and is 1-8 ATS as underdogs following a bye week. Also, the favorite is 10-1-1 ATS the last 12 games in this series, but the Orangemen running game could keep them in this one while WV has its best RB ailing.

Good Luck Tonight,

`Cuse has not fared well on the road vs. good teams. With impending rain, too many variables in this one, staying away. Good luck, Allstar.

Allstar,

I respect you as a capper, but why the does it seem all your write-ups favor the opposite side of your picks???
I am on WVU, and you just gave me more reason to like my play, thanks:)
Hate to see you have a 10* opposite me.

Allstar, you are FAR too good a handicapper to call Syr QB "Paul Peterson".

Also, if you don't consider Syr to be a "live dog" tonight (chance of winning outright), consider the following:
Syr is 2-16 ATS in their last 18 Big East road games as underdogs and 3-42 ATS when they lose SU away.
If you can't justify taking WV, that's one thing, but see no reason to back the Orange
