I requested a withdrawal from Allstar.com last Friday and wanted to find out where it stood the other day - 02/27... I started an online chat with a fellow at Allstar.com and here's what I got:
ME: Hi there, I wanted to check the status of a withdrawal I made a few days ago.
Tristan Farnham: Please bear with me while I look up your account details.....
Tristan Farnham: Due to a change in a our withdrawal processor we are currently experiencing delays in processing withdrawals. We hope to send these withdrawals very shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience.
ME: What?
ME: you haven't sent the check?
Tristan Farnham: For the reasons I have just outlined.
Tristan Farnham: It will be sent as soon as possiblre
Tristan Farnham: *possible
ME: Yeah, but you take deposits? Do you see the problem there?
Todays chat with them went like this:

Hello, my name is Kathy Scott. How may I help you today?
ME: HI, I wanted to find out the status of the withdrawal I made last Friday.
Kathy Scott: Please bear with me while I look up your account details...
Kathy Scott: Unfortunately, withdrawals made in the last week have been subject to unusual delays due to the increased volume of checks. The recent change in our withdrawal policy means that all customers are now receiving their payment as a check.
You should receive your check within the next 10-12 business days. However, if you wish to cancel your pending withdrawal request just let us know and your funds will be available in your account within a few hours.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we endeavor to minimise withdrawal processing times.
It's not a small chunk of change that I'm requesting and I'm not about to let it go. And it really irks me that they they can take money in while promising fast payouts but not delivering. Also, they are still paying for advertising? I believe the first chat was being completely honest - They don't have a payout method in place. The second person was just throwing me the BS company line. Unreal....
